Internet is included in the rent, all other bills to be covered by tenants (gas, electricity, water, approx £25-£50 per month dependent on usage).

To help tenants keep energy costs down the heating can be scheduled and operated remotely from mobile phones to ensure energy usage is best managed. Sensible responsible energy usage is encouraged to help keep tenant cost down.

All other items one should expect from a quality rental are provided such as vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, cleaning aids etc etc.

For international students I can also provide bedding free of charge. Also local pickup from the train/bus station is offered free of charge just to make things that little bit easier and hassle free.

I am a fully accredited local council landlord. I can provide details of past and current UK and worldwide tenants (most nationalities) for you to contact should you need extra reassurance.

The minimum rental period is 11 months and the deposit amount is 1 months rent. This is a private rent so there are no agency registration fees or contract fees to pay.

Lastly we expect our tenants to respect each other and their surroundings, so this property will be best suited for either studious courteous responsible individuals, or respectful professionals, strictly no crazy party animals!
