Lovely home. Room newly decorated. The large luxurious bathroom (which you'll have sole use of) is bigger than most people's bedrooms and includes bath and shower. Great kitchen. Two living rooms. Warm and cosy house.

£450 including most bills. All bills included as long as energy bills kept within fairly generous allowances (so you'll be find as long as you don't open all the windows and turn the heating on all day).

Serious student preferred (credit check will be taken). You will be asked to sign a lodger agreement and a tennancy agreement. Landlord unlikely to return in foreseeable future (2 year work contract in Hong Kong). Property is being well managed (e. g. gardening done once a month) by family members (living 3 streets away from house).

You will share use of one parking space on drive , but on road parking is generally not a problem. The garage is not for cars - but will host a pushbike if you have one.
