Hardworking male seeking hardworking house mate. I am a Nigerian man with two boys who are here every other weekend. I live a quiet (but busy life) working nights and most weekends. My girlfriend and her dog stop here with me occasionally. I currently have one of my Nigerian friends living with me who is studying. He is very quiet, studious and keeps himself to himself.

The space available to rent is furnished self contained and is newly refurbished. It can be accessed through the main house. There is space for a double bed and a small two seater sofa. It also has access to it's own private kitchen and wetroom style bathroom.

My house is located in Stourbridge, with easy access to shops, resturants, supermarkets and pubs in Stourbridge town centre and Merry Hill. Stourbridge town can reached by foot within 10 mins and it takes just a couple of minutes to walk to Stourbridge Junction train station. For a commuter, the bus and train station offer regular reliable services locally and regionally. I am also located close to the motorway Network too!
The city of Birmingham and Merry Hill can be reached easily within 10-15mins.

Outside the property, there is space to park one vehicle off road, which we would share on a first come first serve basis. There is also plenty of off road parking directly outside the house.

Private furnished facilities include, double bed, small wardrobe, arm chair, TV bracket, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge freezer, kitchen sink and units, space for a washing machine, electric shower, toilet and sink,

This space is available to rent for £600 per calendar month and includes council tax, gas, electric, water and WiFi. TV licence is NOT included.

Prior to moving in, first months rent & deposit (equal to 1 months rent) will need to be paid.
