Room available to rent includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers for storage and side table. There is room for a small desk with available plug sockets which can be used to work from home if required. No bedding is provided other than a mattress protector.

Attached to the room is a modern ensuite bathroom which is completely tiled and includes a toilet and large walk in shower.

Sutton Coldfield train station is approximately a 6 minute drive or 30 minute walk
Good Hope hospital is approximately a 3 ,minute drive or 17 minute walk.
