It's a terrace house with lots of lovely period features, dining room, lounge with a woodburner, modern kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine) with a massive conservatory, leading to a nice contemporary yard garden

The room is a double with a built in cupboard wardrobe. The shared bathroom is large and modern with underfloor heating, free standing bath and seperate shower

You won't find a better live in landlord...! I'd ideally like to find someone who enjoys sharing a space, spending some time together (maybe a drink, meal or cinema) but equally likes there own space. I enjoy entertaining, but this share wouldn't suit a party person or a hermit....

I also have friendly cat George, who doesn’t take no for answer when he wants fuss, so you’ll need to be an animal lover
