Travel far and wide from here! M6 is a few minutes drive away by car and buses are frequent. Walking distance in to Boldmere, New Oscott, Erdington. We are only 4 miles from castle Bromwich with Jaguar, Dunlop, the Fort etc all within easy reach! Easy and quick drive to Birmingham Airport and to the NEC too.

Many shops, pubs, takeaways and a Puregym a short walk away. off road parking for up to 8 cars with further parking on side roads if needed.

We require a deposit equal to rent and 1 month advance rent. And if your credit rating isn't great, you can still get in touch as we do accept guarantors in some situations or can discuss other options for you. We make the decisions, not a computer!
