Hello i have a furnished Double bedroom (double bed with good mattress and underbed storage, 2 x wardrobe rails and drawers, shelving, a mirror and a wireless smart t. v with access to netflix and amazon prime) available in Sutton Coldfield B75 in a new build home. Furniture free to use/not use depending on what you have :)
I am a female - 31 years old looking for another female housemate non smoker who doesnt mind living with a cat! Preferably somebody who works 9am - 5pm or similar as i work from home in the day and work out of the house in the evenings. I have an ensuite room so the housemate will have access to a bathroom that will be their own.
Rent includes bills, council tax and fibre broadband.
