hi I have a nice large double room to rent in my house in tilehill south. the house is in a close just of Torrington avenue. warwick uni about a mile and a half away. tilehill train station 10 minute walk and regular bus services to town and warwick uni as well. the room consists of a large wardrobe, double bed, bedside table, and a large desk with chair. the house has double glazing, central heating, large lounge, nice kitchen and bathroom. all bills are included in the rent, the house has sky tv, bt infinity broadband, and a large garden. im looking for contractor ,mon/fri let hopefully, but open to student or professional. im very easy going ,helpful, enjoy a good laugh and love to socialise when I can. looking for someone honest, easy going, respectful, and socialable.
