Short/Long Term Lets - near Warwick Uni.
I have just moved to Germany to pursue a 2 year postgraduate maths degree and I am looking for a mature students or professional to share the house with two of my friends. They would like a housemate who is both independent and likes to eat/cook together from time to time as well as chat over a tea.
This is a good sized 3 bedroom property with a spacious lounge and dining room, an enclosed rear garden, outbuildings (a washroom with washing machine and dryer, a bike shed and a storage room) and off road parking for 2 cars. It is situated in a residential area.
The double bedroom has a double bed, desk, drawers, built-in wardrobe, desk chair and a desk lamp with floor mirrors on the doors of the wardrobe. It also faces the gardens.
The single bedroom has a single bed, desk, drawers, built-in-wardrobe, desk chair and a desk lamp.
The house is 2 miles from the University of Warwick (with bus connections or a 15 minute bike ride). It's in a quiet, residential area of Coventry with many young families and a 2 minute walk from shops.
The rent is £85 and £65 per week with internet included (BT Superfast Fibre 1 Unlimited) and average costs are £4 to £6 per week.
Very flexible start and end dates. Bills are shared equally among occupants.
