Double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and desk. Sky TV with Broadband and Wifi shared bathroom and kitchen. Gardens patio area with seating. Bus stop outside, short walk to Train Station, shops, school and close to University. Included all bills. Professional preferred.

"I stayed here for a year from January to another January. Jenny is absolutely a very kind and easy-going landlady who always share laughters and tissues for tears when in need.

The location is at easy access to both train station and bus stop for visiting to Brum/London or just to Coventry town center.

My room was well decorated, spacious for belongings storage, equipped with different electric appliances for more than basic needs.

The kitchen and bathroom were so tidy to make my cooking and shower time as enjoyable as expected.

I especially loved the way how Jenny casually invited me to join her dog-walking or festive activities. Very sweet and no pressure to turn down if not available. This made the co-living more interesting while we both had our own independent daily life.

The patio in summer was really a plus to enjoy my cuppa and readings suddrounded by colourful flowers.

Highly recommended if you are looking for a nice place to stay."
