Looking For A Suitable Housemate

I'll try to keep this brief - going for a different approach to most ads on here, I'm currently considering renting out a room (or two) in my house but I'm not going to pretend this AD would suit everyone - I'm picky about who I live with and you should be to! If you identify as more of a 'nerd' we'll probably get along.
I'm mostly easy going however I would only consider someone - or a couple - that could provide references and is happy to share social medias.
As a live in landlord you would be sharing my personal belongings as well as my home, we won't be best friends but it's important to me that I like you and vise versa, mutual respect is key!
The house is also home to a house rabbit and two dogs that have boundary issues, if dogs climbing on you as soon as you sit on the sofa sounds like hell... This won't be a match for you.
House amenities:
- Shared 'cozy' living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom
- Furnished bedrooms
- Washing machine
- Tumble dryer
- Dishwasher
- All the kitchen appliances you could need (I have a gadget problem)
- House alarm (plus CCTV)
- Secure Garden (it's not fancy)
- Street parking
Current renovations:
Will be getting a new bathroom fitted in the upcoming months current bathroom is functional but not a pretty sight
