A double and single room available in Tipton, located on a quiet road and near canal.

I am currently renovating my house and looking for 2 housemates to move into my spare rooms. The whole house is getting renovated and rooms should be ready by April 2020. I will be able to upload pictures closer to the time. Monday to Friday lets considered.

The house renovation is being completed to a high standard, with brand new bathrooms, kitchen and flooring throughout.

I am looking for 2 female, professional housemates who are clean, houseproud and respectful of other people. The rental price quoted is above average for the area, as this is a reflection on the quality standard of the home and type of housemate wanted.

I will also be living at the property. I am a full-time working professional and enjoy cooking, travelling and eventually getting back into the gym. I am a clean, clutter-free person, so I am looking for the same in potential housemates.

- 10 min drive to Wednesbury Tram stop (closer tram stops being constructed in Dudley)
- 10/15 min drive to either M5 or M6 motorway
- Local bus stops a short walk away
