I'm a working professional in healthcare looking to rent out a newly decorated newly furnished first floor room. There is a full bathroom solely available between the 2 rooms. These are respectably sized double bedrooms. This is shared with a current tenant.
No couples. Only looking for individual working professional males.
Based in a quiet, residential area. Ideal for clinical staff with a great range of public transport and access to multiple regional hospitals. Inclusive of all bills (gas electric internet, council tax)
The house has a fully equipped kitchen with toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer/drier, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, plenty of storage and kitchen utensils. Large LED smart tv. There is a one car driveway and plenty of on road parking. You can have on request access to a garage for any extra bits should you require. There is a newly cleaned garden. Open living dining room with tv, sofas and dining table.
My preference in housemates is more introverted and family friendly noise levels. Must be tidy. No smoking/alcohol. Doctors and clinicians are a preference.
