I have a double room available in a 2 bedroom flat in the Eastern Green area. The communal areas are very light and airy with modern kitchen facilities to include electric cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave and kettle. The bathroom has an electric power shower with a constant flow of hot water.

The flat is located around 4 miles from the city centre and has a bus stop 2 minute walk away into the town centre. Tile Hill train station is 3 miles away with frequent trains to Birmingham New Street and London Euston.

The room is fully furnished to include:
- Bed frame and mattress
- Wardrobe
- Curtains
- Desk if required

Off-road parking is available. The area is great for anyone who works at Warwick University (3 miles) and Birmingham Airport (9 miles). The local area has plenty of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets and healthcare facilities (Doctors, Dentist, Pharmacy) around 1 mile away.

The block of flats is very secure with a use of fob for entrance after 5pm.

Ideally I am looking for a professional female but would consider postgraduate students.
