Small double room unfurnished next 2 train station

I have a small double bedroom available in a two bed house. The room is furnished but furniture can be removed if you would rather use your own. It has a single bed, curtains and mirror. You might want to bring or supply a television. Or am happy to buy one out of the first months rent.

There is on street parking as it is a terrace house without a drive. Bills are included inc Broadband and you can use washing machine at your leisure.

The location is great if you don’t drive as there is a bus stop opposite and train platform next door that goes into Walsall, Birmingham one side and Cannock, Hednesford, Rugely the other side.

Mon-fri ONLY and someone who is working as there’s not enough storage space for someone’s worldly possessions and I work from home in the day.

I have a little sausage dog so you also must be ok with living with him too.
