Furnished double bedroom with a shared bathroom in a high-rise block ten minutes' walk away from the town centre. All expected amenities are nearby, including great bus and rail links to Birmingham. Four supermarkets - ASDA, Lidl, Morrisons and Tesco - are within walking distance and, of course, there's the local market (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday). Walsall Arboretum is less than a 10-minute walk away.

In the flat, the rooms are a good size. Hopefully, the pictures give you an idea of what to expect. Nothing beats a real-life viewing, though the video should come quite close and help to answer most of your questions.

If you have a car, free off-street parking (permit only) is available. There are two petrol stations less than a minute's drive away. CCTV cameras, caretaking and cleaning services (communal areas) are on the estate.
