The kitchen is shared, and you will have your own toilet/bathroom. You can use the sitting room and tidy up after yourself .

The house is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, and nice area by the canal for walks/running.
Please no smoking inside the house and no pets allowed.( but you can smoke at the back garden)
