Hi

I have a single bedroom available to rent which is furnished.

I am located in Brownhills near chasewater. close by to Cannock and Lichfield.
Also not too far from Sutton coldfield, Streetly and Birmingham going towards Great Barr.
The motorway is a very close distance too.

The high street and shops are a two minute drive. There are two parks which are around a 2 minute and a 5 minute walk.
If you are into the gym there's a gym which is a three minute drive.

This is a three bedroom house in a quiet area.
I am looking for a person who should be a professional/student.

My house is very spacious so I would advise you to come and view for yourself if you are interested and like your space.

Bills will be included.
There will be a minimum stay of 6 months. Payments will be required on a monthly basis.
£390 p/m
Deposit required.
