The cooking area has a kettle, toaster, microwave oven & a slow cooker. In the adjacent house, the oven of the Aga can be used for roasting & baking. Also in the adjacent house, is the washing machine & tumble dryer.
TRANSPORT. Easy access to M42 J3 . ( Because of rural location, you would need a car.) Local Train stations with car parks are 2/4 miles away and provide regular services to Birmingham city centre, University/QE hospital and Stratford upon Avon. International Airport (15 miles) & main line Train stations 7 & 15 miles.. SHOPPING. Local food shops (1 mile) & Super markets are 4/5 miles.
OTHER FACILITIES. The large off- road parking area is close to the house and 200 meters from the public highway. Large lawned area & patio. Friendly "local" pub that also sells affordable lunchtime & evening meals and snacks.
