All of the Accommodation is non smoking.

The shared kitchens are between one or two other tenants and have lockable cupboards Washing machine fridge freezer and cooking facilities.

The Accommodation has local transport connections with Buses & Trams within walking distance, we also have a car park for Tenants and links to the M6 junction 9 nearby.

There is a cleaner on site two times per week who cleans the communal area's.

One month's rent £653.38 or £630.05 depending on room chosen and deposit of £250:00 payable at time of sign up.
