The house is only a 12 minute walk to Hagley train station, which has great access to Kidderminster, Worcester, Birmingham and London. It is in a prime location for nearby walks.
The shared areas are fully furnished; Lounge (Sofa, TV - Sky and BT Sport, Coffee table, Gas fire), Conservatory (Dining table with chairs), Rear Garden, Bath with shower above it. Room has laminated flooring, just is not furnished. Property has central heating. To the front there will be 1 allocated parking space available to park 1 car.
Rent negotiable, depending on length of stay and what you can bring to this house share. Ideally looking for housemate with whom I can get on with.
