Double room available in new build property in Bluebell Wood, Willenhall. The house is situated in a quiet residential area and is few minutes away from supermarkets and other stores. It's just off the A45 which links well to anywhere in Coventry. Location is great for people working at Coventry Hospital, JLR, Uni of Coventry and Uni of Warwick.

The room comes with a solid wood bed, wardrobe, desk & chair, chest of drawers, bedside table and a great mattress. There's plenty of storage space in the wardrobe and under the bed. There is also storage space in the airing cupboard outside the bedrooms and around the house and garage, if needed.

You will share the main bathroom with only 1 other person. The house has a spacious garden for relaxing and there is plenty of on street parking outside the house.

A little bit about me, I’m a scientist working for a local company. My working hours tend to be 8am-5pm. Ideally looking for someone with similar hours.

Rent includes all bills: water, gas, electricity, council tax, super fast fibre internet, TV license and Netflix. Room contract is easy; monthly rolling with 1 month notice. No hidden fees.
