Double room with own toilet

I am a live in landlord with a spacious double room to let to one person. The room has it's own toilet. The boiler is in this room but is very quiet - you can have a demonstration during viewing.

Bills are included on the condition that the heating is used appropriately and with the cost of heating in mind. I usually keep the upstairs at around 20 degrees, but downstairs can be cooler.

I am a 38 year old English female, there's a 32 year old Ukrainian female who lives with me, and I have agreed that her husband can come when he is able to. We both work full time.

It's necessary for an enhanced DBS check to be carried out by the council when you move in (this won't cost you anything)

The bus stop is a five minute walk (for the number 6 bus)

I feed some stray cats, in the garden, they come in occasionally for some loving whilst I am home. Looking for someone who is ok with cats!
