Hi! I’m looking for a female roommate to share my institute room for about 6 months.
The room is comfortable and self-contained, with:
* A private bathroom
* A mini kitchen inside the room
* Access to a larger shared kitchen downstairs
The rent is £750 per month. I’m currently studying, so I’m hoping to find someone reliable to share the space and help with costs.
I pay 400 the person moving in with me pays 340
I’m looking for someone who is:
* Female
* Clean and tidy
* Responsible and respectful
* Kind and easy to live with
* Someone that dosent have much load Cous I’ve got lots of my stuff there I’ve furnished the room to a point
This would be ideal for someone who needs a calm, safe place to stay for a short period—whether you’re studying, working, or just getting settled.
