You'll be in good company; our tenants are all professional working folk. You'd be sharing with a Teacher, an Engineering Manager, a Driver and a Recruitment Officer.

Two shared bathrooms, communal lounge and kitchen - all cleaned every fortnight. The house is kept nice, clean and tidy by our cleaner and the tenants.

Patio to the rear and plenty of street parking available.

Shops nearby and just a 15-20min walk to the town centre. Ideal access to the city centre, train station and hospital as the bus stop is just a few minutes walk away. Frequent buses.

A reference fee of £99 is required upon reserving the room. Referencing and admin procedures usually take 2-3 days to complete before being able to move into the property. Sometimes quicker!
