**Huge bedroom in new build house**
I'm a young female teacher. I am renting out a spare room in my house mainly for company. There is currently myself and someone else who live in the property.
The bedroom itself is 15.7x12.5” (the biggest bedroom in the house.) It comes with three wardrobes worth of storage and a new ottoman bed with a geltex mattress
The house comprises of three floors with a living room and a kitchen/diner, both have a television in which makes it easy when wanting to watch different TV programmes. There is a downstairs toilet as well as a main bathroom for you and the other housemate to share.
I have a lot of other cooking amenities such as a George Foreman, slow cooker, Nutribullet, Tassimo machine, toastie maker etc. (I'm a bit of a gadget person!) There are also basics such as plates, cutlery, cooking bowls etc. all there for you to use. Anything I have you can use!
The house is cleaned by a cleaner so there are no cleaning expectations other than cleaning up after yourself day-to-day, and tidiness is appreciated. All bills are included; all cleaning products and toilet paper too, you would only be expected to buy your own food.
There is a drive outside the property and a garage for storage. The house is situated on a private road and all the neighbours are mid 20/30’s and we all get on fantastically.
The house is a 10 minute walk from the train station and just off junction 3 of the M42. 20 minutes from the airport/NEC, and Birmingham city centre, and 15 minutes from Solihull and Shirley.
I hope this answers most questions, if not please feel free to ask me anything :)
