My husband and I have a room available for rent in our lovely 3-bedroom detached house in Hollywood, with a large driveway for several cars.

The property has lovely views to fields opposite and is within walking distance to smaller local shops, restaurants and Public houses.

The room is a double and decorated to a high standard with a wardrobe/chest of drawers, dressing table and bedside table.
It is not en-suite, however there is a family bathroom with roll top freestanding bath and a walk-in shower.
There is also a downstairs toilet.

We have a large kitchen diner with wood burner and TV.
There is an office just off the kitchen to use if working from home occasionally.
If you are to work from home permanently then we will have to adjust the rent and house insurance accordingly.
The sitting room is cosy with wood burner and Sky TV.
We have a Ring doorbell and CCTV alarm system.

Ideally located on the south side of Birmingham just over a mile to Junction 3 of the M42.
Ideal for access to Birmingham Airport which is Jun 6.
There are several bus routes giving easy and quick access to Solihull (6 miles), Birmingham city (8 miles) and Redditch (8 miles) (within walking distance of No 50 bus service to Birmingham City Centre, with a bus almost every 5 minutes).
Just over 3 miles from Kings Heath High St and just under 4 miles to the highly acclaimed Moseley Village.
Bournville and Selly oak are a 10-15 minute drive away

We are seeking a non-smoking mature, friendly very clean and tidy professional with a sense of humour who will respect our home.
Will consider couples and will adjust the rent accordingly.
Must like animals especially dogs as we have a beautiful Golden Cocker spaniel.
Our current tenant has just moved out to her new house.
In September, we will be getting a female International exchange student to stay in out other room.
Hence we can only have female tenants now

We travel lots so we are away from home for months at a time so you will have the house to yourself for long periods.

Rent inclusive of all bills (Gas/Electric/Water/TV/Broadband/Council Tax)
We have a very low maintenance pebbled garden that will need attention from you during these times.
However if you are not able to maintain the cleaning and gardening, then a cleaner and gardener will attend at your expense.
