The property is a three-bedroom house (over 1100 sq ft) with plenty of personality and original features, including a living room with a log burner and a separate dining room. It has gas-fired central heating and double glazing throughout.

Because I use the third bedroom as my separate office space, the house is shared between just the two of us. It is a very quiet and relaxed place to live. Outside, there is a garden to enjoy, and parking is really easy—there is always plenty of street parking right outside and it’s never full.
