In the kitchen is a double oven range cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, your own cupboards and with ample crockery and cutlery for use. A tumble dryer is situated in the downstairs spare room for drying.
All bills + WiFi are included. Being a private road there is plenty of parking and is a safe, quiet and friendly community. A parking permit will be included should you have a car.

At the rear is a landscaped rear garden and garage to side if you need to safely store a bike. Property is a one minute walk from Barnham railway station as well as co-op/tesco, takeaways x4, restaurants, pharmacy, hairdressers, coffee shop etc yet enjoys a quiet secluded spot deep at the back of a cul-de-sac away from any noise.
Everything is on your doorstep but without the fuss.

Property owned / occupied by a police officer. I am chilled and very easy going so happy, respectable and professional people only please 🤓. I occasionally have my children. They are quiet and generally keep to their rooms unless watching a movie with me in the living room.
