Light and spacious triple aspect room in country house; with double bed. Large family bathroom is shared with one other. Ethernet and broadband connections. Shared use of kitchen/dining room, laundry and large garden.
Very comfortable and well equipped house.

Can accommodate Sunday evening if required.
You are welcome to leave your belongings in the room over the weekend.
There will be a £100 a month uplift to cover heating costs if you work from home.

Ample parking
Nearest station 5 miles.
12 minutes drive to Billingshurst station.
Nearest village with a weekly farmers’ market and supermarkets/local shops etc 10 minutes drive.
Must like my big but friendly Great Dane!

'Susan's house is a nice tranquil space with a lovely garden, a pub close by (walking distance) and excellent parking.
Susan is a lovely and engaging person and her Great Dane , Merlin is an imposing but shy personality, but give him enough butt rubs and he warms up to you!
The area has quick connections to Guildford and picturesque villages close by. There are nice walks along the canal close by.'

'Susan is a lovely host with a beautiful and comfortable home! She is a friendly and helpful person who goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Her home is neat and cosy and her garden an amazing place to do work and enjoy some fresh air. Her dog Merlin was very sweet and gentle; he is an added amenity that will bring you lots of smiles.
Overall, I couldn't recommend Susan and her home enough and would happily stay there again next time I need accommodation in Loxwood.'
