We are looking for a quiet, respectful tenant who are looking for a house share.
This house is quiet, clean and benefits from a cleaner and gardener to keep the communal areas clean and garden tidy and usable, this is included within the rent.
The house is all inclusive except for a meter for room electricity only all communal electricity is included. WiFi access access to the internet in inclusive of the rent.
There is a communal kitchen, shower room with wash basin and toilet as well as a separate toilet.
Gravitts lane benefits from a large rear garden for all to use and some off road parking even though parking on the road in bays opposite is also available free of charge.
The room is furnished with a single bed, Sofa, desk. wardrobe etc. The flooring is laminate within the halls and the room.
You are required to complete a tenancy check for us via the National Landlords Association, which we are members of.

It is best you come and view, so you can see the house, we can meet you and you can meet the others living at the house.. we cannot accept couples as the maximum number of people would be exceeded under council licensing regulations. This room is for one person only no exceptions.
