Granny Annexe - dog lover a must

One Double bedroom connected by internal door to main house, where I live. It's very quiet, but near the town and beach, and public transport.

The annexe is self contained with its' own front door. There's a small kitchen with oven, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, a bathroom with loo and shower, and a lounge and double bedroom.

All bills included, wifi, parking and large garden.

Here's the catch!

I need someone to help me look after my dog if I go away- this could be for holidays or business, weekdays or weekends.

So I am looking for a real dog lover who wouldn't mind him staying over with them for sleepovers, walking him, feeding him, getting to know him and keeping him company when I go out for a long period. He is a very friendly and nice dog, a basset hound cross poodle.

The rent is low to reflect the dog duties.
No couples please.

This would suit an older retired person who wants somewhere quiet and who likes animals, and can help me out when I need it, so you must have flexibility, and not too many commitments.
