Furnished Double Room *Bed Is Coming*

We are a young married couple who own a 4 bedroom townhouse.
We have a furnished double room to let to the right person. The room currently doesn’t have a bed but it is due to be delivered soon.
I am a full time student and my husband works Monday to Friday so we are looking for someone who is courteous.
We have 1 dog so being comfortable with pets is a must.
Our room is on the top floor with an en-suite so the family bathroom on the middle floor is rarely used and can be provided for sole use as the room is not en-suite.
We require a quiet, tidy person who is respectful of our home.
The room comes equipped with a king size bed with storage underneath, built in wardrobes, a chest or drawers and 2 bedside tables. There is a large TV with Sky Q and broadband is included.
The kitchen is a good size and has a dishwasher and washing machine.
Our garden has recently been redone and is now a lovely place to sit and enjoy the sun (when we get some!)
We have 2 allocated parking spaces, of which only one gets used by myself, so the other is free.
We would be willing to allow people to stay but we ask that they are respectful and quiet.
The house is within cycling distance of Chichester and Bognor. We are in the middle of the two. There are good transport links with the bus not far at all. Train stations are a little further but can still be accessed.
