Furnished double bedroom available for rent. It is less than a five minute walk from the train station, beach and town centre, but is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
You would be living with me, a 40 year old transcriber, and my small dog, Alfie. There is a good sized bathroom with a separate bath and shower cubicle, a downstairs WC, a comfortable living room and kitchen, as well as a south facing patio garden. On street parking is available.
I'd love to find someone who is friendly and relaxed to move in with me. I'm generally quite quiet, so it's probably not suitable for someone who likes to throw a lot of parties. I'm looking for a professional person, who is a non-smoker.
The room is available for £600 per month, including bills and shared household items (handwash, washing-up liquid, toilet rolls etc).
No agency fees and £300 deposit.
Available from 14th September, with an initial tenancy period of six months, which can be extended.
Must be fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
