Sharing with one other professional who has been with me for more than three years, but is only staying Monday - Thursday.
Basically the apartment would be all to yourself the rest of the time.
The apartment has a large lounge, with doors to the private sunny garden, a modern kitchen with high-spec ovens and hob.
Parking is on street, but is safe and never problematic.
All bills included.
The apartment is a two minute walk from the lovely harbour, and five minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful village, with its waterside pub, cafes, and Sailing club / quay meadow.
I’m very happy to have a couple in the room if required, but please understand the rent would be adjusted accordingly.
Monday to Friday arrangement also welcome.
