Hello and welcome to my ad' for this large double room in a sunny spacious apartment in Bosham.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, tv unit and Wardrobe.

The apartment has a large lounge, with doors to the private sunny garden, a modern kitchen with high-spec ovens and hob, as well as a recently refurbished bathroom.

Parking is on street, but is safe and never problematic.

All bills included including high-speed fibre broadband.

The apartment is a two minute walk from the lovely harbour, and five minutes walk from the centre of this wonderful village, with its waterside pub, cafes, and Sailing club / quay meadow.

I’m very happy to have a couple in the room if required, but please understand the rent would be adjusted accordingly.

I am a corporate solicitor, working in mainly from home during the week, for this reason I must have flatmates who also work normal hours.

I'm mad about boats and the sea, and will be out on mine every chance I get!
