Pretty terraced cottage with large sunny garden in quiet, desirable country lane with road parking. Looking for a happy and responsible person to share my home, prefer Monday - Friday, but will consider full time for the right person.
First floor fully furnished double room w hanging space, pine chest of drawers, pine table and chair, light and airy. Shared bathroom and kitchen on ground floor, with your own fridge. Shabby chic antique furnishings - open log fireplace, outside patio and living space. Close to Bosham harbour, co-op, Indian, 3 great local pubs, the sailing club, and cafe, all Bosham amenities. 2 mins drive to train station, bus at end of lane takes 10 mins to Central Chichester. Less than 10 mins drive to Chichester city centre, yet surrounded by fields. Prefer you are employed and go out to work, as I mostly work from home, I tend to start work at 9.30am and go to gym classes 6-8pm 3/4 times a week. I am very independent. I eat healthily and like to cook from fresh in the evening The house is peaceful and relaxed, and I will totally respect your own privacy. Do get in touch, Charlotte
