Double room with new bed/mattress.
Own full bathroom. Own Lounge.
Own parking space on driveway.

Shared space- kitchen diner.

Atmosphere:
It's quiet in the house.
Friends and parents come and go occasionally for lunch or coffee at the weekend.

I am open, honest, friendly and kind.

I have been used to sharing my house with lodgers so good at the ground rules, and open communication (which I think is important to mention!).

This is for a single person, no children.

The location:
Part of a large new-ish development, between Horsham and Broadbridge Heath known as Wickhurst Green - and the house is in a cul de sac.

5 mins to the bridle path and a fabulous walk on the woods and across the downs.

It's 2 mins walk to the #68 bus into Horsham town centre, and mainline train station to london snd Gatwick.

20 min drive to Gatwick/Crawley.

You can walk or 5 min drive to the supermarket, and a brand news huge leisure centre with outside football pitches, tennis courts and tracks.

This is for you if:
Maybe you're new to the area, you’re in transition and need somewhere half sensible to stay for a bit, or maybe you're starting a job away from home and don't want to share with 5 strangers.

This isn't for you if:
You have a loud lifestyle, stay up till the early hours.

Must be a non-smoker.
