A beautiful, clean, peaceful house near Broadwater

I have a lovely, recently renovated, 1930s 3 bed house at the top end of South Farm Road in leafy Broadwater - just 12 mins walk from Worthing mainline station.

I have the choice of two large, bright, partly furnished, double rooms to rent;

One at £900 pcm that overlooks the front of the property and the beautiful Broadwater cemetery - a wildlife haven and through it, a short walk to Broadwater village with its patisseries, coffee shops, pubs and independent shops.

And the other at £775 pcm at the back of the property that overlooks my large, private, secure, west-facing garden and gets the evening sunsets.

Both rooms have new laminate flooring (no carpets) new double beds, ample storage, good floor-space and lots of natural light.

There is one bathroom in the property with a full-size bath and separate walk-in shower.

The house has an open-plan feel downstairs, and a newly fitted kitchen.

Both bedrooms include bills and I would ask for a months deposit and the first months rent in advance for both bedrooms.

I have beautiful west-facing garden that is private and peaceful.

I am looking for professional lodgers who do not work from home.

I am happy to consider full-time or weekday arrangements.

I am happy to consider house-trained small to medium size dogs too.

I would also prefer people who are vegetarian/ plant based, or are respectful that I am.
