There is one other lodger in the house who has his own facilities. There are no children and no pets. This is not a house share.

The house is Edwardian and is located in a quiet road with easy access to Brighton on the A27. Also it is within 5 minutes of Broadwater Village which has a comprehensive selection of shops, places to eat and launderette. Worthing station is 20 minutes away by foot and there are bus stops at the end of the road. Sainsbury's, Boots and The Gym are 10 mins away at Lyons Farm. The South Downs are easily accessed from the house only minutes away. Cissbury Ring is a good 45 minute walk to the top.

Broadband is provided and all the bills -gas. electric, water, rates are included in the rent.

Please note the property cannot accommodate a bicycle, but there is a suitable lamp post in the road to which the bike can be attached.
