Lovely large double room

The bedroom available

The large double room has a double bed, armchair, matching wardrobe, wide chest of drawers and single width tall chest of drawers. There is a TV aerial point and central heating. The room is carpeted.
The house has wi-fi, lounge, dining room, kitchen/diner and conservatory, a new bathroom and a large garage and garden. There is off road parking. I live here with my son and another lodger. We all get on well and the household is very easy going and friendly. We all pay towards a weekly cleaner and that cost is already included in the rent.
We are within a short walking distance of GSK, the hospital and East Worthing Station with easy access to Brighton and Hove and an hour and 20 minutes by train to central London There is a bus stop at the end of the road and a local parade of shops including Tesco express and take-always.
There are local gyms within walking distance and a David Lloyd gym about 10 minutes drive away.
We have a friendly spaniel dog and like to go on walks. As a household we all enjoy watching films and series. It's a fairly quiet home.
