The owner runs his own business from an office in the grounds, so is nearly always on site. There is currently one other occupant, a professional lady.
All amenities (washing, kitchen, etc.) are shared. The user of this room will have (almost) exclusive use of a large bath / shower / toilet room.
Bury is a delightful small country village, but note that public transport is minimal. Arundel, Pulborough and Storrington are each about 5 miles away, Chichester 11.
