We have a gorgeous sunny room to rent Monday to Friday. Tailored to suit a busy “work away from home” professional, the room gives you a great space during the week (with occasional weekend potential).
The room is a large double with desk, kettle, TV, blackout blind and armchair. There is lots of storage and a private shower room. All furnishings are fresh, in good condition and pretty spotless. We don’t mind laundering sheets, towels and running a vacuum over your room for you, as we imagine your weekly commute will keep you busy enough!
We have fast fibre broadband and mobile signal is good. All bills incl.
You are welcome to use the kitchen (We have two fridges so plenty of room for your stuff). Also use of garden where there is room for a bike and behind the house, is your own private parking spot.
We are a professional couple (teachers), who are pretty quiet during the week. We are flexible on the whole and considerate people. You would also get to meet our young son, but, he stays just one night during the week and he is a great great kid. Our room is on a separate floor to yours, so you will feel quite private and quiet.
We are British/Basque/Spanish and are very open minded to all sorts of people and languages.
We have advertised for two months minimum stay and would like two weeks notice after that, BUT would consider alternatives if the rent was adjusted accordingly. We want the house to ourselves at least some weekends, but happy to listen to your suggestions and needs.
