SHOWER ROOM is a short distance inside the house.
REAR DOOR to the Studio leads onto the secure back pathway, accessed through a keyed iron gate.

Powerful ELECTRIC RADIATOR keeps your room snug and warm. Please turn OFF when you leave home.
DEHUMIDIFIER is left ON during the day to keep your room fresh. Evenings optional. Empty once a day.
KITCHEN is open for dinner from 5-7:00 pm. Otherwise, by request.
WASHING MACHINE is available for guests to use (daytimes). Heated electric drying rack in your room.
ON STREET parking is free on Sundays. Monthly permit parking available at nearby Cattle Market Car Park.
Free neighbourhood parking at 5 mins walk.
