The room is a bright and airy single room with a adjustable clothes rail, bedside cabinet and built in shelves. The house is mid terraced, newly painted and carpeted throughout. We are 2 friendly girls looking for someone to be a friend as well as a housemate. We have front room and dining room. Fully kitted out kitchen, and electric shower in the bathroom.
Bills are roughly £30 for gas and electric, £9 internet, £10 month water and sewage. Council tax is included in rent. So bills will be paid per month as the come in. The only ones that may be variable is gas and electric as our use changes throughout winter.
There is also a one off charge of £50 to alter the contract with the agent and get you written in, they will also require references.
