Double room with ensuite in detached house

Hi. I have a south facing spacious double room overlooking the garden with an ensuite shower /wc. Contains double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, armchair, built-in wardrobe and TV. Room is 12"6(3.8 metres) x10"11(3.3 metres). There's room to bring another piece of furniture if you wanted. The house is light and airy with a calm feel in a small quiet cul-de-sac. There's a shared kitchen/dinner, living room (with log burner-cozy for the winter) and utility room with washing machine and dryer. It has a lovely South facing garden with garden table and chairs plus sun loungers to lap up the summer sun. There is off street parking on my drive. All bills are included, including council tax (band E), broadband and tv licence. Its a 15/20 min walk into town and 10/15 min walk to theatre dependant on walking speed. Takes me 15 minutes to walk into town. There is just me living here. I'm looking for a female preferably but will consider males. No couples please.
