Looking for a friendly, clean and tidy professional to rent out my spare room Monday - Friday.

I have a spacious open plan 2 bed flat with a small garden/patio. Fully equipped kitchen. I have high speed fibre broadband.
Room comes furnished with chest of drawers and wardrobe. I also have a friendly cat - pet lover essential.
Located south Chichester ~20minutes walk from train station\centre of town. Private estate.
Shared modern bathroom with bath/shower.
Professional cleaner fortnightly.
Bills included.
Parking on road 1min walk from flat. (No permit)
Female preferably
Holding fee £100 if move in date more than 3 weeks off viewing date.
(For clarification the nights I will require you to vacate the room are Friday and Saturday nights - you can leave your belongings)
Not suitable for WFH or people who want to party all night.
