Rent (including gas, electric, council tax & wifi)- roughly £750-800. We're expecting the rent to increase slightly in line with market value when a new contract is signed so exact costs tbc. Water is paid every 6 months, roughly £100 per tenant.

My lovely flat mate of 2 years is moving abroad so looking for another girl to replace her. The bedroom is bright and well sized with double fronted wardrobe already in there. Additional furniture of mine is currently in the room ( double bed and chest of draws) which can be taken out if the new tenant wants to bring their own. I would like someone who becomes a friend to move in as the layout of the flat means you spend a lot of time together. The living room and kitchen area are furnished with my furniture so no need to bring large furniture.

Flat close to Chichester (20 minute walk), opposite a Tesco extra (for late night snack needs). Good for commuting into Southampton/Portsmouth, easy train connections to London.

Female applications only (20-30 preferred). Professionals with ad hoc work from home acceptable. Will be holding pre arranged flat viewings in the next month or so.
