I have a lovely double bedroom available furnished with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and single bed (this can be taken down if someone wants to put their own double bed in). Use of kitchen , shared bathrooms, garden. The house has a small garden, with off-road parking and is a 15 min walk from Chichester train station and town centre (just off the A27). Also 15 mins bike ride from Rolls Royce and St Richards Hospital.
The room is £650 pcm inclusive of bills and broadband (deposit of £650 plus a month's rent in advance required). I am looking for a mature student or working professional to share my home with my 5 yr old and I. Importantly we would be looking for someone who has a positive and friendly character, who is clean and tidy and respectful of private spaces as I work from home.
Must have references and proof of income.
