Large room to let in Sherborne Rd Chichester. We are looking for a kind tidy considerate tenant to share this house with the others, who all get a long very well.
You must be tidy and clean and willing to help the others keep the house that way. We do have a weekly cleaner included in the rent who cleans the communal areas and keeps the garden tidy and neat.
The house was refitted a couple of years ago with a new gloss kitchen, downstairs cloakroom and two shower rooms. Laminate and tiled floors throughout the house.
The room is furnished with a double bed wardrobe dressing table and chest of drawers.
All the bills are included except a share of the gas and electricity which is equally shared by way or meters cost this winter 10 per week each in the summer less.
You must complete a tennacy check for us which is done by The National Landlords Association there is no charge
This is a nice tidy house ,modernised to a good standard with a tidy usable garden This room is strictly single occupancy only
