Situated within a 3 story townhouse, you would have the full bottom floor including an en suite double room with living room/kitchen with access to the garden.

The house is situated about 10-15 minutes walk into Chichester town centre. It's a couple of minutes walk to the university, and hospital and just a 2-3 minute drive from Rolls-Royce. Ideal location for those wishing to visit the facilities at Goodwood. Approximately an hours train ride into London Gatwick, and about 1.5 hours to London.

Ideal for professionals and post grad students, or students on placement at Rolls-Royce. I am currently working at Rolls-Royce, and my fiance at the Body Shop. We appreciate cultural differences - I'm English and Anna is German.

Accommodation is furnished however things like the television shown in the pictures are the current tenants.

On street parking available but can get busy during the week.

All we ask for is a friendly, respectful and clean tenant and access to the garden through the kitchen/living room ocassionally!

Available from the beginning of October when the current tenant moves out.

I would suggest its best to have a Skype walkaround of the place so you can see it, and then perhaps visit us to ensure both you, and us are happy!!!
